Company History

Although many of us have been working together for several years, Technipac started operations as a new company on May 1, 2001. We wanted to work in a place where we could be part of a family, where creativity could flourish, and responsibility was met with support and rewarded with recognition and admiration.

With an experienced staff from virtually every functional business area; technical, quality, sales, marketing, administration, engineering, and operations, Technipac was positioned to execute its vision.

Our team has over 100 years of combined experience in flexible packaging, with our common purpose, to be the best in the business and to have fun doing it, we hit the ground running.

Although our team has experience in most areas of flexible packaging, we are focused on the final, value added, stages of converting. We will never extrude or print. Our purpose is to work for those who already provide these services by augmenting what they do. Our customers can extend the existing product lines they supply to the industry by using our services and expertise. That's why we are defined as "The Converters Converter."

Technipac is located 50 miles South of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport, just off Highway 169, in LeSueur, MN. Our modern, AIB (American Institute of Baking) approved, facility includes 50,000 square feet of Manufacturing/Warehouse space, sitting on 13 acres of land. We are well poised for future expansions.
